Captain America cars may achieve high antiques valuation at auction

More than 50 motors are set to go up for sale.

A host of Captain America: The First Avenger cars might be set to manage a high antiques valuation when they each go under the hammer later this year.

The motors, which are all from the set of the forthcoming Marvel Studios motion picture, will be sold at a Historics at Brook lands auction on March 3rd.

Some of the vehicles planned for the sale - which will feature more than 50 automobiles from 1931-1948 - include a 1933 Dodge Tow Truck and a 1942 Chevrolet Gillig School/Tour Bus.

The auction is set to take place before the release of the film, which stars Tommy Lee Jones, Chris Evans and Hayley Atwell, in July 2011.

What's more, each car from the movie collection has its own piece of history, such as the 933 Dodge Tow Truck. The vehicle comes complete with its own bullet holes and was sourced from the Nevada Desert.
