People looking for accurate antique appraisals may be inspired to get their products valued after hearing of an unusual Twitter auction.

Individuals have the chance to bid for the opportunity for stars such as Maroon 5 lead singer Adam Levine or Chuck actor Zachary Levi to follow them on the social networking site, the Associated Press reports.

Successful bidders in the TwitChange auction - that is set to raise money for aHomeInHaiti.org, which was set-up following the Haiti earthquake earlier this year - which is taking place on Ebay will have to be followed by the celebrity for 90 days.

Other advantages include having a Twitter post retweeted by the star or having their username tweeted by the famous personality.

Those keen on placing a bid might like to hurry as the auction ends on September 25th with proceeds set to be used to rebuild a centre in Haiti for children with autism and cerebral palsy, Agence France-Presse reported.
