Bronze Etching of Children playing

Hi all, I'm trying to figure out what year this might have been made. It is either made out of bronze or cast iron. The artwork on the actual fan is of children playing. Also, I can't tell if this is chinese or japanese, I thought it looked more chinese but thought I ask anyways. Thank you.

Inspired:

An American stained walnut/mahogany and upholstered sofa,

the curved sectional padded back with downswept carved open arm facings, the incised apron with fan leaf carved turned and paw.

J.V.D. Ulft? Real Pencil used? Another Artist?

I found this about three years ago. Just a few months ago, I noticed on the bottom left corner is another name with a date underneath it, but it doesn't seem to say J.V.D. Ulft. I'm trying to figure out what this is in terms of it being an original or a reproduction, etc? It is not small at all, about a good 20 to 24 inches in width (left to right). Seems like it used a real pencil because I actually opened the frame up and just smeared a small area lightly. Please help, thank you.

Chinese? Japanese? Artwork of Zhong Kui? on Silk

This is an artwork of what I believe to be Zhong Kui based on his hate and face. I'm trying to see if if anybody knows/recognize the artist who made this artwork on a small (roughly 5 inch Height x 4 inches in width) silk paper. It seems really old, found it in a picture frame. I think it could be a woodblock, but I could be wrong. Thank you.

1974 George Washington Double Sided Obverse?

I've taken this Quarter just about to every Specialty Pawn shop as well as coin shops that I had to repost this up on another site. In another forum (http://www.coincommunity.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=84034), a hobbyist finds a quarter that weighs 5.2 grams and supposedly it could have been a 1974 George Washington Quarter struck on Liberian material. The US Mint supposedly was minting other currency for other countries and Liberia was one of them up until 1976. My parents have kept the coin in questioned since 1990 in a sandwich bag with other silver coins they have collected over the years, SO IT HAD TO BE MADE PRE-1990s. Please help ID.
