Rare Books Get an Updated Value
July 18, 2011
A departure from its traditional gallery setting, David Zwirner Gallery in New York City is holding their second annual pop-up bookstore. Starting on July 25th and continuing through to August 5th, the gallery will be selling many rare and out-of-print books for the short time period. This exciting project is happening in conjunction with the Gallery exhibit The House Without the Door which will be on view until August 5th as well.
The bookstore will be open Monday – Friday, 10:00 – 18:00. The gallery and bookstore will also be open late on July 28th to participate in the annual Chelsea Art Walk. This includes over 125 galleries and institutions throughout Chelsea keeping their doors open late.
